At TonyG we recognise the importance of nurturing ideas so this Spring we produced a gift box containing three beautiful things to help grow, feed and boost them!

Succulants are the new stars of the windowsill and these low maintenance plants also make perfect, natural little desk ornaments. What could be more feng shui? Succulants can need water as rarely as once a month so even the least green fingered of us has a chance to shine. Soil should be allowed to dry a little between waterings, and they like to be in bright room, ideally with sunlight (British weather allowing).

The biscuits in our gift boxes are an old Sicilian recipe made with 70% pistaccio and covered in a thick layer of milk chocolate. Of course it's common knowledge that all chocalate feeds a good idea but those little green pisaccios make it extra nutritious.

The ultimate sin-free energy drink! Matcha is 100% green tea leaves ground down to a fine powder. It is the tea used in traditional ceremonies in Japan, thought by many to be the king of green teas.

Packed with antioxidants, fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins Matcha tea consumed regularly boosts metabolism; burns calories; helps detoxify the system; enhances mood; aids concentration; and lowers cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Super versatile, it can be drunk or eaten in many forms, from the original Japanese tradition of whisking it with hot water and drinking it neat, to adding it to smoothies and baking. Our favourite recipe so far is the Matcha Vanilla Smoothie: 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup almond milk, matcha powder to your taste, vanilla essence, a few handfuls of ice, honey (optional). Whisk all the ingredients together and feel those new ideas take root!
