Design, build and installation for Ralph Lauren in the prestigious Ingolstadt Village, Germany
Ralph Lauren’s 2023 Holiday Campaign involved us creating a captivating, seasonally decorated entrance to their store in Ingolstadt Village, part of the prestigious Bicester Village Collection.
We wrapped archways in rich foliage and twinkling lights; designed and built a stunning, moving display in their MDV; created a festive wrapping station inside the store; and a stunning photo-moment backdrop by the entrance, with Ralph Lauren's gold monogram in back lit gold foil.
Our biggest challenge was coming up with a concept for the large, glass MDV, particularly as we were tasked with adding movement to this normally static display unit.
Using Cinema 4D and Photoshop to imagine, and step motors controlled by a custom Arduino script for the automated movement, we built a magical scene where an iconic gold dress by Ralph Lauren slowly unfurled as the lid of a large gift box lifted. The box was part of a display of gifts wrapped in Ralph Lauren’s signature green and blue plaid against the backdrop of a beautiful wreath.
